Maple Fudge

Soft date-and-almond-butter fudge sweetened with maple syrup.

    Process dates, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla and optional spices 2-3 min into a ball. 2. Press into a lined tin with a wet spatula. 3. Freeze 2 hours or overnight. 4. Cut into squares; serve cold and store in the freezer.
