Baked Falafel Salad
Oil-free baked chickpea falafel over a fresh salad with mint-tahini sauce.

01Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Pulse chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro and salt with cumin. 3. Shape into balls, flatten slightly on lined trays; bake 35-40 min. 4. Blend the mint tahini sauce ingredients. 5. Serve falafel over butter lettuce with veggies and sauce.
