- 14 oz โ firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes (1 block of firm tofu)
- 2 whole โ stalks of green onion, thinly sliced
- 4 oz โ button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup โ fresh spinach
- 3 cups โ boiling water (about 1½ cups per serving)
