Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 1 cup โ rolled oats
- 1 whole โ ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 whole โ ½ cup water
- 1 whole โ vegetable bouillon cube, crushed
- 2 tsp โ chipotle peppers in adobo, minced
- 1 tsp โ Homemade Seasoning Mix (refer to Tula’s recipe)
- 1 whole โ ¾ cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 whole โ ¾ cup cooked black beans (1/2 can black beans)
- 1 whole โ ¾ cup salsa
- 1 whole โ ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 whole โ Fresh cilantro to garnish
