- 2 whole โ scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp โ ground flaxseed + 5 tbsp water (vegan egg substitute)
- 1 whole โ ½ cup chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp โ tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tsp โ cold-pressed sesame oil
- 1 whole โ ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 whole โ ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 whole โ ¼ tsp white pepper (or black pepper)
- 1 whole โ Avocado oil for pan-frying
