- 2 whole โ vegetable bouillon cubes, crushed
- 2 whole โ ½ cups chickpeas (~1 ½ cans of chickpeas)
- 1 whole โ ¾ cup long-grain white rice, rinsed
- 1 whole โ ¼ tsp salt
- 1 whole โ ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 whole โ Tortilla Chips
- 4 whole โ large soft flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp โ olive oil
- 1 whole โ ½ tsp salt
- 0 tsp โ ground black pepper
