- 1 whole โ ½ cup low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth, warmed (plus more if needed)

- 2 cups โ butternut squash, peeled & cubed
- 1 whole โ medium sweet potato, peeled & cubed
- 1 whole โ large apple, sliced (Honeycrisp or Gala work great)
- 1 Tablespoon โ olive oil
- 1 whole โ Optional pepper and parsley
