- 8 oz โ silken tofu
- 1 whole โ ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 4 teaspoons โ olive oil
- 1 whole โ Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 whole โ Fresh cilantro, for topping
- 2 slices โ of whole-grain bread, for dipping
